O'BAMA WILL DO IT AGAIN

Although journalists have been requested to refrain from spelling out what the president's speech will be later today, we all have hints of his theme: 300 billions in spending to improve infrastructure and, eventually create jobs. It appears that whichever solutions Mr. O'Bama may come up with are inevitably linked to digging deeper into our pockets. Forget about making under $200,000.00; one way or another we will all be taxed to tears. No significant amount of new jobs will be created and we will continue on our rampant decline to the Third World.

I hope that by election day most Americans share my view that for all his mundane grandness, his easiness mingling with the intelligentsia, and his ability to apologize on our behalf and tell each crowd what they want to hear, Mr. O'Bama simply does not have what is needed to steer the helm of this huge vessel. We don't need a nice guy, we need a gatekeeper; we don't need a divisive character who either courts or thwarts the wealthy depending on the occasion. The uniqueness of America may succumb to his goal of making this country a cheap copy of Belgium, or Sweden. Those countries can be who they are. because our people in uniform and our mighty military power is here to help. If we lower our level and our expectations to theirs, who will defend us?; and by that I don't mean the Pentagon should keep on paying $6,000.00 for a toilet seat.

Crying wolf was never a wise choice; for all of China's formidable improvements I do not believe they will reach the US's standards any time soon; numbers are not everything, and a rich country is not only one which meets a few criteria, but one which seems rich. But while I refuse to play the China card, I do fear a fracture at the very foundations of this great nation. Disfranchisement of large sectors of our country has been in the making before our very eyes for too long, and some irresponsible politicians are using this to spark division and discontent to their advantage. Moreover, the other side of the isle is not behaving any better and is showing little selflessness. Yes we must fire the current president, but we can no longer hope to delegate the difficult task of making our lives better to some smooth talker no matter whether he or she is a Republican or a Democrat.

O'Bama will do it again it seems, but if we continue to believe that politicians will look out for us and fail to keep them on a short leash we, the people, will also do it again.

  1. This time I agree totally with you (maybe is because I am getting tired)...no, really...I agree...I will be short and I will tell you what I have learned 14 years ago..."insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, expecting different results". When I was in rehab they told me..."you have to change only one thing" ...no need to tell you how happy i was, and then I asked...What? and they told me...Everything!!! the way you think, act, react, expectations, etc. To get to a solution about the actual situation everything have to change, we can not continue doing the same thing, drastic changes would have to be ahead, if not...civil war will come when some states try to separate from the union, the dollar will not continue being the international currency and we will become less than because a debt that no one will buy. We are living very dangerous times and some people do not realize it yet.
