THIS WEEK IN QUESTIONS

WHO PAYS FOR THE PRESIDENT'S FLIGHTS?
The president used OUR Air Force One to campaign all over the place; I am aware that previous presidents did the same; only that his campaign has taken his whole first term. It would be about time that we the people demand a hefty reimbursement from this and any future presidents for the personal use of a tool we give them to work. I guess the answer is that we the people pay for his flights.

WHO'S RUNNING THE COUNTRY?
Even in the few occasions the incumbent has been doing the job we hired him to do, namely: run this nation, he has always seem a bit aloof; for months now the president has been promoting his agenda and hanging out with celebrities on our dime; if he and gaffer in chief Biden have been always in the road who the hell is running this joint?

IS THE RIGHT STRETCHING THE LIBYA MESS TOO MUCH?
I believe we the people have been once again deceived by our leaders; I loath the fact that this administration seems to have deliberately hidden information it had since day one to protect the president's image and narrative. This should be enough for voters to know whether the incumbent can be trusted; however, as I said since the beginning, intelligence mix ups happen everyday in this country and the notion of the president and his team watching in real time while our guys were hunted down and choosing to do nothing is preposterous and irresponsible. The event is messy enough as it is and the last thing we need is a Republican party spinning it beyond every limit.

IS COLIN POWELL BLINDED BY RACE?
General Powell's support for someone outside of his party is not unprecedented; back in 2008 I had the feeling that we had let his race lead his judgement, but the aura of uniqueness and innovation Barrack Obama brought with him could have been a decisive factor; however, after a full term in the White House the president has unveiled his ideology and regardless of whether he is right or not it is evident that his path is light years away from the Republican platform. The second time around I can only think that Mr. Powell's endorsement is dictated by race as much as anything else
